Job summary

Efekta Education in London seeks a Head of RevOps to own the commercial operating system, forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and the deal desk. You’ll report to the CRO, have one direct report (Bid Manager), and work closely with regional sales leads across multiple markets.

This builder role has no mature playbook; you’ll design from scratch in a fast-moving environment, and define weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences to keep the business aligned.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Revenue or Sales Operations.
• Experience owning forecasting end-to-end.
• Comfortable in Salesforce.
• Experience with complex deal structures is a plus.
• Credible with senior salespeople and able to drive adoption of standards.
• Direct, clear communicator.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting: own the methodology, cadences and accuracy.
• Pipeline health: track conversion and derive actionable insights.
• CRM governance: own Salesforce as the system of record and maintain data hygiene.
• Deal desk: structure and review complex deals efficiently.
• Ramp & productivity: define good performance and track time-to-productivity.
• Commercial rhythm: design and run weekly, monthly and quarterly cadences.
• Bid Manager: lead and develop the direct report and maintain bid quality.
