Perk is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to partner with the revenue organization. You will set strategy for revenue analytics across Salesforce and Looker, build dashboards, and deliver insights that shape leadership decisions.

The role combines analytics, business partnering, and forecasting as you grow into broader ownership. You will drive the forecasting cadence, build forecasting models, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize revenue performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS or tech company operating at a global or European level.
• Exposure to Account Executive or quota-carrying organization.
• Strong Salesforce reporting skills and working fluency in a BI tool (Looker or equivalent).
• Generalist mindset: comfortable building dashboards, insights reports, and forecasting.
• Track record of setting direction and quality bar for analytical work.
• Excellent written communication and ability to influence leadership.
