Perk Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to partner with the revenue organization and lead analytics across Salesforce and Looker. You’ll shape the forecasting cadence, build core dashboards, and deliver data-driven insights to drive business decisions from London and beyond.

In this generalist role, you’ll start with analytics as the foundation, then expand into business partnering and forecasting, ensuring meaningful impact across the revenue function.

Qualifications

• Experienced revenue operations professional with insight into analytics, forecasting and business partnering.
• Ability to translate open questions from revenue leadership into structured analysis.
• Capable of building dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Looker.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute revenue analytics strategy across Salesforce and Looker.
• Map reporting landscape, identify trusted vs. outdated data, and shape the build plan.
• Build, maintain dashboards and reports used by revenue leadership.
• Launch recurring insights digest to narrate changes and actions for leaders.
• Partner with revenue leadership to align priorities with the Operations roadmap.
• Run forecasting cadence with sales leaders and refine forecasting models.
