Job summary

SafeContractor is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to drive commercial performance across the UK Supply Chain Contractor Management division. You’ll influence strategic decisions, optimize processes, and improve forecasting with analytics and AI-enabled capabilities.

You’ll collaborate with commercial leaders, sales teams and the Revenue Operations Lead to shape reporting, automation and governance, while delivering insights for the executive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics or BI.
• Strong forecasting, data translation and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and performance reporting.
• Able to work with large datasets and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Analyse commercial performance across marketing, BD, onboarding, account management and renewals.
• Build and enhance revenue forecasts; monitor pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
• Own and administer commercial commission schemes with accurate reporting.
• Monitor CRM adoption, data quality and sales-process governance.
• Produce actionable insights and executive-level reporting for leaders.
