Centellic in London is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to strengthen the GTM engine through data insights, process optimization, and scalable systems. You will shape reporting, oversee data quality, and support cross-functional teams.

You will partner with sales, marketing and finance to build dashboards, monitor funnel metrics, and translate requirements into CRM policies. Proactivity and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM data management and dashboards.
• Ability to translate business needs into reports and insights.
• Excellent communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with GTM analytics, funnel metrics, and sales documentation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data hygiene across leads, accounts, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with commercial leaders for attribution across the funnel.
• Build and maintain dashboards to visualise GTM performance metrics.
• Analyse conversion rates, pipeline velocity and other metrics to identify trends.
• Surface early warning signals for senior leadership.
• Support territory design and updates.
• Maintain SOPs and training materials related to GTM processes and data management.
