Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Revenue IT Platforms Owner to take technical ownership of a portfolio of SaaS platforms supporting the global revenue organization. Initially focused on Gong, you will ensure the platform is reliable, secure, well‑governed and scalable, then extend ownership to additional platforms across Revenue IT.

• Experience owning, administering or supporting SaaS business platforms.
• Strong product ownership skills: roadmap, backlog, prioritisation.
• Experience with platform administration, governance, vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical operation and roadmap for Gong initially, expanding to other Revenue IT SaaS platforms.
• Maintain and prioritise a technical backlog covering health, configuration, integrations, security and lifecycle requirements.
• Partner with Business Owners and Revenue Operations to understand priorities and translate requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Provide technical input into new demand, assessing feasibility, effort, risk and dependencies.
• Own platform administration: configuration, provisioning, licences, permissions and security controls.
• Monitor platform and integration health; ensure clear ownership and timely resolution of issues.
• Manage technical incidents and defects through to resolution with vendor coordination.
• Translate business requirements into technical options, platform specs, user stories and plans.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integrations, testing and releases with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Data and Security on complex platform changes.
• Provide platform expertise and release information to Enablement for training and adoption.
• Track platform health, risks, costs and performance in business language.
• Develop repeatable governance for expanding Revenue IT platforms.
