Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Revenue IT Platforms Owner to take technical ownership of a portfolio of SaaS platforms for our global revenue organisation. Initially focused on Gong, you will ensure the platform is reliable, secure, well‑governed and scalable with the business.

Over time, extend ownership to additional Revenue IT platforms, collaborating with Business Owners, Revenue Operations and Architecture to translate priorities into scalable platform solutions and a clear technical road map.

Qualifications

• Experience owning SaaS platforms and translating business needs into scalable platform solutions.
• Strong product ownership skills including roadmap development and backlog management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across business and technical teams.
• Experience with SaaS integrations and governance across a revenue tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical operation and roadmap for Gong initially, expanding to additional Revenue IT SaaS platforms.
• Maintain and prioritise a technical backlog covering platform health, configuration, integrations, security and lifecycle requirements.
• Partner with Business Owners and Revenue Operations to translate priorities into scalable platform solutions.
• Provide technical input into new demand, assessing feasibility, effort, risk and ongoing support requirements.
• Own platform administration including configuration, licences, permissions and security controls.
• Monitor platform health and resolve issues with clear ownership and escalation as needed.
• Coordinate platform changes, testing and releases with relevant teams to deliver safe deployments.
• Work with Architecture, Data and Security on higher-impact platform changes.
• Support Enablement with training, onboarding and communications around platform changes.
