Job summary

Gong is seeking an Enterprise Revenue Architect to partner with senior GTM leaders and drive revenue transformation using Gong’s AIOS. You will architect workflows, guide adoption, and quantify ROI across complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.

You will influence VP and C-suite stakeholders, align internal teams, and lead initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes and sustained growth for Gong’s largest customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
• Experience with VP and C-suite stakeholders and ROI conversations.
• Data-driven mindset focused on measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Revenue transformation strategy: partner with senior GTM leaders to design and execute modern revenue operations.
• Workflow architecture: map current-state processes to AI-driven workflows that drive revenue.
• Adoption and change management: implement initiatives that embed Gong into daily team rhythms.
• Value realisation: quantify measurable business outcomes demonstrating ROI and strategic value.
• Renewal and expansion management: own renewal strategy and cross-functional growth.
• Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with internal teams to ensure a superior customer journey.
