Job summary

Darktrace, a global leader in AI-driven cybersecurity, is seeking a Project Manager to delivery technology change across Revenue Platforms, with focus on Salesforce, MuleSoft and integrations. You will connect business and technical teams, manage dependencies and risks, and drive delivery across multiple streams in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience delivering technology change across Salesforce and Revenue Platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
• Experience managing platform integrations with middleware/enterprise integration tech like MuleSoft.
• Experience balancing ongoing platform improvements with larger transformation programmes.
• Strong planning, dependency management, backlog coordination, UAT and release planning.
• Proven ability to manage external implementation or managed service partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leaders.
• Experience working across global cross-functional teams and multiple delivery streams.

Responsibilities

• Turn product roadmap into delivery plans, milestones and outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day delivery across Salesforce, MuleSoft and related Revenue Platforms integrations.
• Coordinate delivery across platform transformation, data remediation, Revenue Cloud and other initiatives.
• Own RAID logs, dependency tracking and status reporting.
• Coordinate sprint planning, UAT readiness and release planning across streams.
• Balance business value, capacity, dependencies and risk in backlog triage.
• Translate business needs for senior stakeholders and translate constraints into options.
• Manage delivery with internal teams and external partners, ensuring scope and timelines.
