Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Revenue IT Platforms Owner to take technical ownership of a portfolio of SaaS platforms supporting the global revenue organisation. Initially focused on Gong, you will ensure reliability, security and scalability, while building a scalable model for future platforms.

You will work with Business Owners, Revenue Operations and Enterprise Technology to translate priorities into platform roadmaps, balancing governance and delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning, administering or supporting SaaS business platforms.
• Strong product ownership skills, including roadmap development and backlog prioritisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical operation and roadmap for Gong initially, expanding to additional Revenue IT SaaS platforms.
• Maintain and prioritise a technical backlog covering platform health, configuration, integrations and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions and technical roadmaps.
