Job summary

Bell Integration is seeking a Revenue Data and Analytics Manager to own the revenue data domain, drive governance, and build trusted dashboards. You will work hands-on with Power BI, Python, and SQL to clean CRM data and establish data standards across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.

Report to the Senior Sales Operations Manager with a dotted line to the GTM team, in a hybrid London setting. The role focuses on data quality, segmentation, and analytics roadmapping, delivering auditable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in data, revenue, sales, or business analytics, with data quality/governance ownership.
• Experience in IT reseller, systems integrator, MSP, or distributor.
• Proven ability to set standards and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience establishing data governance practices (definitions, standards, ownership, quality monitoring).
• Strong hands-on Power BI (data modeling, DAX), Python and SQL.
• Experience working with CRM data (Salesforce) and cleaning/structuring datasets.
• Excellent communication skills for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue data domain with data quality across CRM and revenue systems.
• Define, document, and maintain metric definitions, data standards, and data lineage.
• Set data standards and drive adoption across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
• Identify root causes of data quality issues and fix at the source.
• Establish ongoing data quality monitoring to keep data clean.
• Prepare data for automation and AI use with consistent definitions and rules.
• Own analytics roadmap and request intake with Sales Operations and GTM Ops.
