VIVO Defence Services, a Serco EQUANS joint venture, is hiring a Billable Works Revenue Manager to align Commercial, Finance and Operations, assuring accurate revenue and cash recovery. You will forecast monthly results, analyse data, and report to Senior Management, while resolving client issues and ensuring contractual compliance.

The role requires collaboration across teams, strong project governance, and a proactive approach to maximise value-for-money and timely project delivery.

Formación

• Experience across Finance, Commercial, and Operations with strong grasp of compliance management and cash recovery processes.
• Background in housing maintenance or facilities management advantageous.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
• Agile role with office presence in the South West and regular travel across the region.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver monthly forecasts using financial and operational data.
• Engage with clients to resolve system issues and mitigate non-compliance.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance and Operations to drive efficiency and compliant revenue cycles.
