Job summary

VIVO Defence Services seeks a Project Manager to own delivery of vital Billable Works on the Defence estate. You will lead scope, design, tendering and on-site delivery with a focus on safety, quality and value for money.

You will coordinate with DIO and MOD stakeholders, manage budgets, monitor progress and ensure documentation is accurate in Maximo and SharePoint. Hybrid working arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management of defence or facilities projects.
• Strong budget control and cost management abilities.
• H&S qualifications such as SMSTS are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead scope definition to final handover for Billable Works.
• Develop designs and tender packages with stakeholders.
• Manage tender process and assess technical proposals.
• Ensure value for money and operational alignment.
• Monitor on-site progress, risk, quality and safety standards.
• Control costs, align budgets to programme, and maintain records in Maximo/SharePoint.
