VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, seeks a commercially driven Commercial Manager to support a high-value Defence accommodation contract. You’ll drive commercial performance, manage variations and liaise with regional delivery teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and opportunities are captured.

You’ll guide change control, advise on pricing and exclusions, and work with customer teams to reconcile assets and works, ensuring profitability and compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or professional experience in commercial management would be advantageous.
• Experience with UK contracts and commercial law is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day commercial support to regional delivery teams.
• Negotiate inclusions and exclusions with the customer’s team and manage change control.
• Monitor costs to support profitability and advise on value improvements.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and customer teams to ensure accurate invoicing and cash flow.
