VIVO Defence Services in the UK is seeking a Billable Works Revenue Manager to align Commercial, Finance and Operations and drive cash recovery. The role focuses on accurate forecasting, data analysis and delivering clear reports to senior management.

You will engage with clients to resolve issues, ensure contractual compliance, and identify improvements. The position requires an agile mindset, three days in the office, and regular regional travel in the South West.

Mansioni

• Act as the central interface between Commercial, Finance and Operations.
• Drive compliance across the end-to-end revenue cycle and secure efficient cash recovery.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and deliver evidence-based reports to the Senior Management Team.
• Engage directly with clients to resolve system issues and ensure contractual and statutory requirements are met.
• Collaborate with operational teams to accelerate project completion dates and strengthen cash flow.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and value-for-money.
• Apply project management knowledge and housing maintenance lifecycles to streamline operations.
