Gloucester | £45K–£50K (DOE) | Full-Time, Permanent
Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for quality retrofit work and making a real difference to homes and communities? Our client is looking for a Retrofit Site Manager – Insulation to lead the charge on high-impact energy efficiency projects across Gloucester.

What You’ll Be DoingLead day-to-day site management on retrofit insulation projects, including External Wall Insulation (EWI), Internal Wall Insulation (IWI), loft, underfloor, and cavity wall insulation.
Ensure every job is delivered to the highest standard of PAS 2030/2035 compliance and health & safety regulations.
Supervise and coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.
Work closely with Retrofit Coordinators, Designers, and Assessors to ensure all installations match approved specifications.
Act as a key point of contact for tenants and resident liaison officers, ensuring works are carried out respectfully and efficiently.
Keep detailed site records, carry out inspections, and support snagging and handovers, setting the stage for TrustMark compliance and audit success.
Solid site management experience within retrofit, insulation, or refurbishment projects.
Strong working knowledge of EWI, IWI, and loft insulation systems.
Understanding of health and safety legislation, PAS 2030 compliance, and retrofit best practices.
Excellent organisation, leadership, and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple trades and timelines on active construction sites.
SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)
NVQ Level 3+ in Construction/Site Supervision (preferred)
First Aid at Work
Asbestos Awareness & Manual Handling (advantageous)
Retrofit/manufacturer product training (desirable)
