Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Retrofit Technical Solutions Advisor to join our team in Hatfield on a permanent basis. The role involves delivering in-house Retrofit Coordination on live projects, ensuring PAS2035 compliance and best practices in retrofit assessment, coordination, and design.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintain up-to-date knowledge of policy changes and funding opportunities, and contribute to quality assurance and project

Qualifications

• Experience delivering retrofit coordination on live projects.
• Strong understanding of PAS2035 and building regulations.
• Ability to analyze technical data and produce compliance reports.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Retrofit Coordination on live projects with PAS2035 compliance.
• Conduct Retrofit Assessments and recommend energy efficiency measures.
• Support QA on Retrofit Assessments, RCs, and RDs to ensure standards.
• Verify project data and documentation for audits and funding needs.
• Collaborate with project teams and contractors for retrofit integration.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and compliance issues.
• Participate in technical reviews and drive process improvements.
• Contribute to internal guides and training on retrofit best practices.
• Stay updated on funding schemes and policy changes.
