Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a Retrofit Document Controller to manage and control all project documentation for retrofit and decarbonisation programmes. You will ensure accurate recording, secure storage and easy retrieval to support PAS 2035 compliance and funding requirements.

Collaborate with Retrofit Coordinators, Project Managers, design teams and contractors to maintain document control processes across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control or information management roles.
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of project documents.
• Strong understanding of version control and audit trails.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 incl. Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain retrofit project documentation within DMS systems.
• Log, categorise, version control and distribute documents.
• Maintain project filing structures aligned with company standards.
• Monitor document workflows for timely review and issue.
