Your Housing Group is recruiting for a role based at Willowmere, Middlewich, offering a 35-hour week. The successful candidate will provide a friendly, people-centered service to customers, with strong IT and organisational skills, and a collaborative, empathetic approach to a busy workload.

Job description

What will my working week look like?

Location: Willowmere, Middlewich. Work hours: 35 hours per week.

We operate a two-week rota which includes working alternate Saturdays 10-2.

Week 1: Monday 8am to 5pm, Tuesday 8am to 2pm, Wednesday 8am to 1pm, Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 5pm.

Week 2: Monday 8am to 4pm, Wednesday 8am to 5pm, Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm.

This role is really suited to someone who likes to interact with customers and deliver a people centric service, particularly to older people, who can deal with a wide range of situations with empathy, sensitivity and diplomacy.
