Willowmere in Middlewich is seeking a Retirement Living Services Assistant to provide proactive administration and customer-facing support within Your Housing Group's Willowmere scheme. Based on site, you will greet visitors, signpost residents, and work with the wider team to help older people live independently with a friendly, person-centred approach.
The role is 35 hours per week, based on-site at Willowmere, with a two-week rota and alternate Saturdays.

. The role is predominantly a customer facing role providing opportunities to make a real difference to our customers’ lives.
As part of the Willowmere team you will provide support and signposting to our customers; and work with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the scheme, promoting a friendly, vibrant community enabling our customers at Willowmere to live independently.
One of the wonderful things about this role is the variety, no two days will be the same! Customer support is key to this role - you will be the face of the organization, dealing in person with customers, visitors and external partners.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a true people person, always on the lookout for opportunities to improve and enhance YHG’s service to our customers.
You will be based onsite at Willowmere, situated in Middlewich. Your work hours will be 35 hours per week. We operate a two-week rota which includes working alternate Saturdays 10-2.
Week 1: Monday 8am to 5pm, Tuesday 8am to 2pm, Wednesday 8am to 1pm, Thursday 8am to 5pm Friday 8am to 5pm
Week 2: Monday 8am to 4pm, Wednesday 8am to 5pm, Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm
