You will manage schemes, engage with residents, coordinate with contractors, signpost services, and help keep communal spaces welcoming. A DBS check is paid for, and there are flexible hours plus good benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles within housing or care settings.
• Knowledge of health and social issues affecting older people.
• Experience with safeguarding and risk assessments.
• Ability to coordinate with partners and contractors.
• Strong administrative skills for budgets and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scheme to ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide a welcoming environment and respond to resident needs.
• Oversee communal area upkeep and safety.
• Coordinate repairs with contractors and source local suppliers.
• Signpost residents to relevant welfare services.
