Job summary

Black Sheep Utilities is expanding its Client Retention team in a busy UK office. We are seeking a motivated Client Retention Executive to manage an existing portfolio and drive renewals.

You’ll build trusted relationships, hit targets with uncapped commissions, and have a clear path to sales advancement in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Training and ongoing support start from day one to maximise earnings and career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B telesales experience with track record of meeting targets.
• Experience in account management or client retention is preferred.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and close renewals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with current and previous clients.
• Identify opportunities for renewals and upsell services.
• Schedule renewal and winback calls with a Utilities Consultant.
• Refer service issues to the customer service team to resolve.
• Deliver outstanding service while meeting targets.
• Opportunity to grow into a sales position after establishing performance.
