Job summary

Handepay, part of the PayPoint Group, seeks a Retentions Advisor in Haydock to protect and grow customer relationships. You will handle inbound/outbound contacts, respond to at-risk accounts, and drive renewals within a fast-paced team.

The role offers a basic salary of £27,750 with uncapped commission and quarterly/annual incentives; OTE £35k–£40k+. 36.25 hours weekly, Mon-Fri, 9am-5:15pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in a sales or retentions telephony role.
• Excellent negotiation and objective handling skills.
• Strong communicator with confident telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Professionally handle all customer contact from telephone, letter or email.
• Make outbound calls to customers flagged as at risk.
• Identify and resolve issues through questioning and objection handling.
• Pro-actively support contract renewals and cross-sell relevant products.
• Maintain accurate system records in internal platforms.
