Raylo in Belfast is seeking a Senior CRM/Retention Marketing professional to lead customer lifecycle programs and protect ARR.

You will own multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, push, in-app), partner with Analytics and Product, and drive data-driven improvements using BigQuery, Looker/Lightdash.

This is a hybrid role in a fast-growing hardware-as-a-service environment, offering stock options, private medical insurance and strong career growth.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing.
• Proven track record owning a retention, renewal, upgrade or win-back programme.
• 3+ years hands-on with a Customer Engagement Platform.
• A degree level education.
• Hands-on with AI tools (Claude, n8n, ChatGPT, Perplexity).
• Strong data interpretation and reporting using BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills across cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the retention roadmap end-to-end.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app).
• Partner with Analytics and Product to understand cohort dynamics.
• Pull data from BigQuery; build dashboards in Looker/Lightdash.
• Launch win-back and loyalty programs.
• Apply AI to automate flows and QA.
