Job summary

Confidential in Norfolk is seeking a CRM Executive to drive campaigns across email, SMS and app push, manage the calendar and accelerate revenue.

The role focuses on onboarding, retention and reactivation, building audiences from behavioural data, adding personalised content, and testing to improve ROI.

You'll collaborate with creative, paid media, product and data teams and work in a fast-growing, sociable environment.

Qualifications

• Strong, proven experience in CRM, email or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience of customer and market segmentation.
• A track record of using CRM to drive retention, growth, activation and ROI.
• Experience in Klaviyo is ideal, but another CRM platform is absolutely fine if you're keen to learn.

Responsibilities

• Building, testing and deploying campaigns across email, SMS and app push, and helping manage the campaign calendar.
• Supporting and improving automated journeys across onboarding, retention, reactivation and engagement.
• Building audiences from behavioural and transactional data, and keeping targeting sharp.
• Adding personalised and dynamic content, and running A/B tests.
• Reporting on engagement, revenue, retention and ROI, and turning the results into ideas.
• Working with creative, paid media, product and data colleagues, plus external agencies.
