Zusammenfassung

Raylo is seeking a senior CRM/Retention Marketing professional to lead our customer lifecycle strategy from Belfast. You will own the retention roadmap, drive multi-channel campaigns, and partner with Analytics and Product to optimise lifetime value.

You will use Customer.io, Looker/Lightdash and BigQuery to measure impact, build dashboards, and report on churn, ARR, and NDR. The role blends data, automation, and creative execution in a fast-growing fintech hardware subscription business.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing.
• Proven track record owning retention programmes with measurable results.
• Experience with Customer Engagement Platforms (Customer.io ideal).

Aufgaben

• Own the retention roadmap end-to-end with upgrade, renewal, churn-reduction and win-back journeys.
• Master CRM platform depth; manage campaigns daily and own reporting across channels.
• Embed segmentation and personalisation; partner with Analytics and Product.
• Own numbers from BigQuery; build dashboards in Looker/Lightdash; report retention metrics.
• Build new programmes; launch win-back and loyalty initiatives.
• Apply AI tools to automate flow build, copy, segmentation and QA.
