Job summary

Post Office Ltd. is seeking a Retail Communications Manager to lead communications for high-impact transformation initiatives across our retail and partnership network on an 18-month contract.

You will ensure colleagues, Postmasters and stakeholders are informed, engaged and inspired through clear, compelling messaging across channels. You will work with senior stakeholders and project teams to deliver integrated campaigns that support business priorities, driving engagement and bringing

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience creating and delivering communications for multi-site stores within Retail.
• Experience with large-scale Transformation within Retail.
• Strong writing and communication skills and the ability to translate corporate messages for a wider in-store audience.
• Demonstrable experience establishing successful cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Experience delivering projects to achieve key objectives.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills to deliver messages effectively and drive outcomes.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders to build support for plans.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to make data-driven business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver communications for a portfolio of transformation initiatives across the retail and partner network.
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns spanning digital and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, project teams and retail operations to land key messages.
• Use audience insight and storytelling to inform and engage colleagues and Postmasters.
