Adecco Portugal is recruiting for an Internal Communications Manager in London on a 9-month contract (Inside IR35), Hybrid working. You will lead the development and delivery of strategic internal communications to support a major transformation and keep employees informed and engaged.

You'll partner with senior leaders, translate complex programmes into clear messages, and create content across intranet, email, town halls and leadership updates, driving alignment across global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Internal Communications.
• Strong Change Communications and transformation communications experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
• Experience working within large, complex organisations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Experience creating communication strategies, plans and employee engagement campaigns.

Internal Communications Manager

9-Month Contract | Inside IR35 | Hybrid Working (London)

Our client, a leading global telecommunications company, is looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join their team on an initial 9-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting a major business transformation programme within a complex, international organisation. You'll be responsible for developing and delivering impactful internal communications that keep employees informed, engaged and aligned throughout a period of significant change.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communications strategies and plans.
• Support large-scale business transformation and change initiatives.
• Create engaging content across a range of channels, including intranet, email, leadership updates and town halls.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to shape key messaging.
• Translate complex business and programme updates into clear, engaging communications.
• Drive employee engagement and support organisational change activity.
• Ensure consistent messaging across multiple teams and workstreams.
