Retail Human Resources plc is hiring a Technical Business Analyst to join its technology and transformation team. The role focuses on shaping technology solutions across stores, ecommerce and supply chain, gathering requirements and translating them into clear specifications.

You will support cloud-based retail apps, facilitate workshops, map processes and drive testing and change management. The ideal candidate has experience as a Business Analyst in retail, strong analytical skills, and

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in retail.
• Strong understanding of merchandising, warehousing, store operations, finance and POS systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident with stakeholder management and facilitating workshops.
• Experience with cloud-based applications and Agile delivery.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyse and document requirements; translate into functional/technical specs.
• Support projects and system enhancements across cloud-based retail applications.
• Facilitate workshops, map processes and coordinate testing to ensure delivery.
• Provide day-to-day application support; investigate issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Produce documentation, user guides and training materials to maximise system value.
