RHR in London is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology across retail applications. You will gather requirements, support projects, and oversee testing and releases while coordinating with stakeholders and external partners.

The role requires 3+ years in a technical/business analysis or application support environment, with strong knowledge of retail systems including merchandising, stock, warehousing, and POS.

Formación

• 3+ years in technical/business analysis or application support within retail.
• Experience across merchandising, stock, warehousing, stores, POS or finance.
• Oracle Cloud/Oracle Retail experience is highly beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and translate business requirements for projects and enhancements.
• Support projects and system enhancements across applications.
• Manage testing and release planning and execution.
• Investigate application issues and critical incidents.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party technology partners.
