Job summary

Virgin Media is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Advisor for our London stores. You’ll help customers select mobile, broadband and TV packages, explain pricing options and showcase new technologies.

You’ll own customer queries, resolve issues with empathy and contribute to high customer satisfaction while hitting store targets. Training starts quickly, with induction sessions and ongoing coaching to support growth.

• Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues and building trust.
• Work with your team to achieve store targets and strong customer satisfaction outcomes.
