Job summary

WHSmith is seeking a Team Leader to guide and inspire the store team, deliver exceptional customer service, meet business objectives, and foster a working environment where colleagues develop and succeed.

In this role you’ll lead from the front on the shop floor, train and motivate staff, collaborate across stores in the area, and uphold safe, legal store operations while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

• Retail leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading from the front and hands-on on the shop floor.
• Ability to work flexibly across stores in the area.
