Job summary

WHSmith is seeking a Team Leader for the M&S Food store at Ealing Broadway Station to lead a frontline team, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives.

You will inspire colleagues, develop skills, and help ensure safe, compliant store operations in a fast-paced environment. This role includes supporting adjacent stores and contributing to a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to guide and develop a team on the shop floor.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Guide and engage your team to deliver excellent standards and results in line with the Trading plan.
