WHSmith is looking for a proactive Team Leader to inspire your store team to deliver exceptional customer service, meet business objectives and create a working environment that helps colleagues to develop and achieve.

You’ll lead from the front on the shop floor, drive KPI performance, develop staff through training and coaching, and ensure a safe, welcoming store that makes customers and colleagues proud.

Qualificações

• Retail leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience proactively leading from the front and supporting from the shop floor.
• Ability to cover other stores in the area when needed.
• Strong relationship-building and clear communication.
• Experience training and developing employees and motivating teams.
