Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor, Senior Advisor or Team Leader role within retail.
• Positive leadership style with ability to motivate others.
• Customer-focused with a passion for memorable shopping experiences.
• Commercially minded with understanding of sales and KPI performance.
• Highly organised and able to prioritise in a busy environment.
• Capable of decision making and taking responsibility when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in achieving sales targets and delivering strong commercial results.
• Motivate and guide team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead from the shop floor, setting the standard for customer engagement and service.
• Take ownership of key operational tasks and ensure the store runs efficiently.
• Help train and develop colleagues, providing regular coaching and support.
• Maintain high standards of visual presentation, housekeeping and compliance.
• Assist with stock control, deliveries and inventory accuracy.
• Act as a key holder and support opening and closing procedures.
