Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking a customer-focused retail teammate to welcome customers, guide product discovery, and maintain a premium store environment. You will run the register, handle deliveries, and ensure the boutique stays sharp and well-stocked.

You’ll thrive on hitting sales targets, embody the brand, and support weekly and weekend shifts. A chance to grow with a luxury wellbeing brand and enjoy generous staff perks.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with ability to engage shoppers.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and upsell products.
• Willingness to represent the Rituals brand and create a premium store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Feel-Good Experience by welcoming customers and guiding product discovery.
• Hit sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Handle all retail essentials including register, deliveries, and store upkeep.
• Be a brand ambassador with a keen eye for brand aesthetics and displays.
