Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Sittingbourne are offering a Supervisor role on a 16-hour week with the chance to take extra hours. You will lead a small team, drive sales and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced high street environment.

You’ll manage daily store operations, help colleagues develop their skills, and contribute to achieving store targets while ensuring stock availability and a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs (sales, profit and service).
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role).

Responsibilities

• Support management with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver high levels of customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and store tidy; reduce shrinkage and till errors.
