Job summary

Superdrug Stores is seeking a Supervisor to lead a store team at Fishponds, Bristol. This role is 16 hours a week with flexible shifts, offering £13.50 per hour.

You’ll support the management team with day-to-day running, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, keep shelves stocked, reduce shrinkage, and help the team hit targets. This role provides opportunities for more hours and growth within a popular high street retailer.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs; including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a store team in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee stock, store presentation, and shrinkage control.
• Support management with day-to-day store operations and targets.
