Job summary

Superdrug in Malvern is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy team at Unit 4B, Malvern Shopping Park. You will motivate staff, drive sales, and ensure customers leave with a great experience.

You will support management with daily store operations, keep stock levels optimal, and help sustain Superdrug’s high standards of service and presentation. Flexible shifts available across Mon-Fri and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or team-lead roles in fast-paced retail.
• Understanding of retail KPIs (sales, profit, service).
• Ability to develop others and improve skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided, not essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a fast-paced high street store.
• Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and store tidy; manage daily operations.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors; support management.
