Wickes is looking for a store supervisor to lead and support a team in delivering outstanding customer service. You will be a key holder, supervising daily tasks, coaching colleagues, and ensuring the store remains clean, well-organised and stocked to meet customer needs.

You will motivate the team, support scheduling, and actively contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture focused on helping customers find what they need and leaving with a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Experience training new team members.
• Experience supporting scheduling rotas.
• Evidence of being a trusted key-holder.

Responsibilities
