Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor in Exeter. This 30-hours-per-week role supports the store manager to drive sales, improve KPI performance, recruit and develop the team, and maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, share product knowledge, promote multi-channel shopping, and create a welcoming store environment. Flexibility to meet store needs and a passion for our brand are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong service orientation.
• Excellent communication in-store with customers.
• Experience in retail (fashion) preferred.
• Desirable experience in luxury fashion brands is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
