Retail Supervisor - Part Time, 24 hours

We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in South Shields, Tyne and Wear. We offer a permanent part-time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 24 hours work each week, generally including some weekend work.

Pay & Benefits:

We offer an hourly pay rate of £13.11 and guarantee a minimum of 24 hours work per week, earning at least £314 weekly. Overtime may be available for additional earnings.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management team in leading the shop to provide excellent customer service
• Manage shop operations in the manager’s absence, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop the team
• Control operational costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll
