Customer Team Leader Location: Leam Lane Estate, Fewster Square, Gateshead, NE10 8XQ Pay: £13.65 per hour Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, 9-month temporary contract, part-time Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (from 6.00am), afternoons, late evenings (until 11.00pm) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
