Job Opportunity: Retail Supervisor at Farmfoods

We are seeking a dedicated retail supervisor for our shop in Albion Retail Park, Blyth. This is a permanent part-time role, offering a minimum of 24 hours per week across various shifts, including some weekends.

We offer an hourly rate of £12.50, guaranteeing at least 24 hours weekly, which equates to a minimum of £300 per week. Overtime opportunities may also be available for additional earnings.

Responsibilities of a Retail Supervisor:

• Support the management team in leading the shop to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service
• Manage shop activities in the manager's absence, including customer care, delivery processing, and routine maintenance
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop team members
• Control operational costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll
