Job Title: Retail Supervisor at Deichmann

Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Retail Supervisor to join our team in Hartlepool. This is a part-time, permanent position, contracted for 20 hours per week.

Compensation

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.41, plus non-contractual hourly sales commission.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
2. Open & close the store, including cashing up and completing administrative duties.
3. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong product knowledge.
4. Promote and recommend products to enhance sales.
5. Assist management in achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
6. Support team members as needed.
7. Ensure proper store merchandising and attractive product displays.
8. Manage stock deliveries and store transfers.
9. Handle customer queries and complaints.
