Job summary

Wickes is opening a brand-new store in Workington and seeks two Retail Supervisors. You will supervise daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure a first-class customer experience. Training and onboarding will be held locally, with shifts across seven days, including weekends.

You’ll work under the Store Manager Heather Ronson to shape the team from day one and drive a safe, welcoming shopping environment for customers in Annie Pit Lane.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to train new team members and support scheduling rotas.
• Willingness to be a key holder and supervise the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and ensure safety as a key holder.
• Guide and support new colleagues to deliver great customer experience.
• Help maintain store standards and complete routine tasks.
