Screwfix Direct Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead in-store teams and exemplify outstanding customer service. You’ll guide customers to the right products and drive sales with a hands-on, friendly approach.

You’ll ensure store standards, handle cash reconciliations, audits, and stock accuracy, and collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming, efficient shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or duty manager in fast-paced retail.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities.
• Curious, improvement-minded and passionate about the business.
• Friendly, reliable and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Host – you’ll be the team leader, hosting in store, setting an example of what great looks like. You’ll understand what your customers need, guide them to the right products, and make it super easy for them
• Store standards – you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly from cash reconciliations, to customer queries, audit compliancy and stock management.
• Part of the team – you’ll join a team who take pride in their store, working together and having lots of fun along the way!
