Toolstation Ltd is seeking a proactive Retail Supervisor to be the face of our branch, delivering excellent customer service and leading the team. You’ll support the Store Manager, check deliveries, stock shelves and help customers efficiently.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment, with training and development opportunities available through Toolstation Academy and the Travis Perkins Group.

Qualifications

• Hard work and passion. You don’t need retail experience. Just be focused on delivering great service and we’ll teach you the rest.
• A love of team work. Be happy to muck in and get your hands dirty.
• A positive attitude. Make sure that our customers have a great experience while in our branch.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the Store Manager in their absence and coaching the team to grow sales and hit targets.
• Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
• Delivering great service with a smile, guiding the team to do the same during busy periods.
• Building relationships with customers to ensure they leave with everything they need for the job.
• Maintaining high branch standards and good product availability while creating a positive work environment.
