Job summary

Toolstation Ltd is seeking a Retail Supervisor for our UK stores. You will assist the Store Manager, manage deliveries, stock shelves and maintain branch standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll engage the team to achieve targets and create a positive store atmosphere. Applicants should be reliable and flexible, able to start early and finish late, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is not required, but strong customer service is essential.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team to meet sales targets.
• Reliable, flexible and able to work early starts and late finishes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Check deliveries, unpack and stock shelves, and keep the branch tidy.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a smile, even during busy periods.
• Build relationships with customers to ensure they leave with what they need for the job.
• Create a positive and fun working environment while maintaining high branch standards.
