Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Seaford is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead the store team, support daily operations and drive sales. You will help manage customer service, stock shelves, and contribute to a high-energy environment while working 16 hours per week with potential extra hours.

The role offers a friendly team, opportunities to develop leadership skills, and flexible shifts Mon-Fri including weekends at a busy high street retailer.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service to ensure a great shopping experience.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best, while reducing shrinkage and till errors.
• Support the team to hit targets and maintain smooth store operations.
• Create a positive and energetic atmosphere to motivate the team.
